Hey, I'm Brad
I've taken a pretty winding path to get here—from marketing to ministry to tech. But it all comes back to the same thing: helping people make technology work for them, not against them.
How I Got Here
Where It Started
Landed at an internet marketing company. Learned SEO. Helped local businesses get found online for the first time.
The Lightbulb Moment
Realized you could actually build things on the internet. Started tinkering. Got hooked.
The Consulting Detour
Developed a passion for helping organizations grow. Did business strategy and consulting work.
A Different Kind of Call
Felt God nudging me toward local church ministry. Jumped in. Led adult and student ministries at a multi-site church.
Two Worlds Collide
Product passion met ministry heart. Joined a digital team. Discovered Rock RMS and fell in love with church tech.
Going Deeper
Saw a chance to help more churches at scale. Joined the core product team at Triumph Tech.
Full Circle
Still love helping local businesses. Started Transform12:2 to bring it all together—AI, SEO, and web dev for Central PA.
Lancaster. Lebanon. Harrisburg.
I'm not some remote agency that's never heard of Wawa or knows what a whoopie pie is. I grew up here. I live here. I work with businesses and churches in communities I actually care about.
When you work with me, you're working with a neighbor - not a contractor three time zones away.
When I'm Not Working
You'll find me hanging out with my family, grabbing coffee at a local spot, or tinkering on some side project that may or may not ever see the light of day.
I'm a firm believer that technology should serve people—not the other way around. That philosophy shapes everything I do, whether it's helping a church connect their congregation or showing a business owner what AI can actually do for them.
"Technology should serve people—not the other way around."
