About · Central PA

I AM BRAD.

Husband, dad, and builder in Lebanon, PA. By day I build Rock RMS for churches at Triumph Tech. Nights and weekends I build and teach AI work loops. Two worlds, one thread: technology that hands people their time back.

The work

I WORK WHERE MINISTRY MEETS PRODUCT.

Most people don't picture 'church software' when they imagine a dream job. I get it. I didn't either. But every job I've had, gym floor to product team, kept pointing here.

Good technology serves people. That is the whole point.

In practice: the workflows, reports, and agents inside Rock RMS that hand church staff their hours back. After hours, the same instinct - AI work loops, a marketing agentic-workflows tool I built and still run, and the AI cohort at Triumph, where I teach teams to do it themselves.

What it's like to learn from me

I build like I'd want someone to build for me.

Unhurried at the start, honest when it's hard, always aimed at handing someone their hours back. That's how I build, and it's how I write about it.

  • Unhurried

I understand the problem before I touch the fix. Slow there means nobody has to do it twice.

  • Specific

Real names, real numbers, plain English. No hype, no corporate fog.

  • Service

If it doesn't hand someone their hours back, I don't build it.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

I am a Ministry Analyst: I build the Rock RMS workflows, reports, and agents that take administrative weight off church staff so they can focus on people.

Let's build something that serves people.
